Thankful

Happiness is a journey, not a destination.  There is no better time than right now to be happy.  We should remember every day to be thankful for what we have. I have so much to be thankful for.

God:  God is so good to me.  He has blessed me with so much.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My daughter:  I love her so much that I truly think my heart could just burst sometimes.  She is my pride and joy.

My Husband:  I love him so much.  It is incredible to have such a connection with someone.  He is my best friend and without him I would be lost.

Our house:  It may not be my dream home, but it is our house and I am very thankful to have a roof over my head.

My job:  I know I complain about it all the time, but I do enjoy it (most of the time) and I am thankful to be able to work.

My Family:  There are so many people that I do not get to see often enough.  I am very thankful for all of them.  I am especially thankful for my Nannie.  I truly wish I would have kept in better touch with her when I lived in California, but since I have moved back she has become  one of my best friends and we talk all the time.  I love our phone calls.  I am also very thankful for my extended family, my in-laws are great.  They are so good to us.

My animals:  Even though one is a gimp retard sometimes… just kidding, I seriously have the best dog ever.  She is so sweet and so good with Ella.  Meowbert (Toasty) as Ella would say, is not so bad either!

  1. My precious grandaughter: I love being able to read your blogs. You,Jeff, and Ella mean so much to me. Tears came to my eyes when I read this blog. It is good to read how thankful you are. Because we should all be thankful for our families and everything our GOD has given us. It just blessed me to read this blog and hear you speak out about how thankful you are. I feel so close to the little family you have created. I love all three of you so very much.
